At Snooze Sleep World we offer high-quality, made-to-order products delivered directly to your home. Please review the details of our shipping and delivery policies below:

Made-to-Order Products

All products are made to order, and we do not hold stock. Our usual turnaround time for production and dispatch is 3 to 7 working days, depending on order volume and availability.

Delivery Confirmation and Slot Arrangement

  • Once your order is processed, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the delivery slot.
  • Important: No products are made until the delivery slot is accepted by the customer.
  • On the day of delivery, our team will contact you in the morning to provide an estimated delivery time, typically within a 3-hour window.
  • You will receive a follow-up call when the delivery team is about 30 minutes away.
  • If you are not present during the agreed delivery window, a surcharge will apply to reschedule a new delivery.

Delivery Conditions

  • Please do not remove your old bed until your new one arrives. Although rare, unexpected delays such as traffic or breakdowns can occur, and we don’t want you left without a bed for the night.

Customer Responsibility for Fit

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the largest part of the bed (usually the headboard) will fit through your stairs or doorway. If you're concerned, you may send a video of your staircase to our email for an assessment. However, the final responsibility lies with the customer.

Additional Services (Arranged Directly with Delivery Team)

  • Set-Up Service: For an additional fee, our delivery team can assemble your bed. Payment for this service is handled directly with them, not through our store.
  • Bed and Mattress Removal: Our team also offers a removal service for your old bed or mattress, which can also be arranged directly with them.
